About the Standard
What Is IMT Accreditation?
IMT Accreditation is a single, independent standard awarded to international money transfer providers who meet a minimum threshold of 70 points out of 100 across 9 assessment criteria.
There are no tiers, no Platinum or Gold distinctions. Every accredited provider has cleared the same bar. Consumers can trust that any provider displaying the IMT Accreditation mark has been independently assessed for regulatory compliance, pricing transparency, safeguarding of client funds, and quality of customer service.
Assessments are conducted annually by the InternationalMoneyTransfer.com editorial team. Providers cannot pay for accreditation — it is awarded solely on score.
